Started this 16-week challenge to.get into better health and for movement. This is my 3rd week and after having worked with Toya, I will honestly say that my mobility has gotten better, my knees are not as stiff and, I feel more energized. Notwithstanding that I am 71-years around the sun. While Toya acknowledges the varied age groups in her classes, she provides the best routines to accommodate all. My start weight was 220; I will provide updates as I progress.
